We assess technical capabilities, soil type, terrain, engineering networks. We warn of risks before the site is purchased.

Design

We coordinate architectural, structural and engineering design. Optimize for budget and energy efficiency.

Permits

We take over all documentation. Building permits, institutional approvals, access agreements — within the agreed time.

Construction management

Selection of certified contractors, contracts, coordination. Budget control, quality supervision, schedule management.

Handover

Documents to the Building Inspectorate, registration in the Center of Registers, energy efficiency certificate. All paperwork complete.

Operation

Warranty maintenance coordination. Technical support during the first year of operation.
