Selection of a certified construction technical supervisor, contract negotiation, coordination of their work with the client's interests. Interpretation of certified specialists' findings in language the client understands.
Review of completion certificates before payment. Was what is in the payment certificate actually done? Does it match the agreed unit count? The client never pays for work not performed.
